The trust accounting engine is the book and record of all entities (accounts) and assets. It keeps records of all the transactions at the entity level also while supporting nested partnership structures as well as the creation of asset pools.
Interfaces (to any 3rd party General Ledger)
Data from Trust Accounting is fed into a General Ledger- which has accounts information that is set up at each entity level. We have interface with many third party General Ledgers for this purpose.
HedgeTek – Allocation Engine
Information on Income, expense, gains/losses flows from General Ledger to the allocation engine, which allocates the same between entities. The allocation information then flows back to the Accounting engine where transactions are recorded with the allocated amounts at various entities.
Global WealthES- Accounting Module
Most Family Offices (especially multi-family) have multiple custodians since their assets are in many different places. Moreover the data may not be in a structured system.
